Acai berry supplements have gotten a bad press in recent times. Too many shady companies making too many dodgy claims as to what they can do. Which is a pity as Acai berry supplements are one of the best health supplements on the market place today – offering a huge range of proven health benefits to anyone who includes them as part of their daily diet.

For this reason it is important to look past the claims of the manufacturers when it comes to Acai berries, and instead focus on what has been proven, the health benefits that will be passed on, not just those that are being claimed to.
